Construction of a new aerated lagoon and wastewater treatment system. The Lagoon work consists of the installation of two aerated lagoon cells with synthetic liners, a new truck dump structure and access road, a new Submerged Activated Growth Reactor (SAGR) system, an Operations/Blower building, and a gravity effluent line and outfall structure, and related earthworks. Upgrades/repairs to the existing wastewater collection system include the installation of access chambers along the existing forcemain, upgrades/repairs to existing lift stations, and a new section of forcemain connecting the existing wastewater collection system to the new lagoon. Repairs to equipment in the existing water treatment plant. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
