Site work for a civil project in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Requests for clarification are due Friday, January 21, 2022 12:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. Sanitary Sewer Holding Tank at Chadds Ford Elementary School - Install new Holding Tank with appurtenances and associated electrical and mechanical work, sanitary sewer system piping and manholes, asphalt driveway, new 6' high chain link fence. Demolish existing waste water treatment, existing asphalt driveway, abandon/demolish existing sanitary sewer piping and manhole. Work includes but is not limited to, grading of the existing area, erosion and sediment controls, and topsoil and seeding. Construction at the site will be allowed to proceed on June 20,2022 The Unionville-Chadds Ford School District will be receiving sealed bids for the Sanitary Sewer Holding Tank at Chadds Ford Elementary School If there are issues please contact Michael J. Kozlowski, PE, ENV SP at the offices of Stantec, 1060 Andrew Drive, Suite 140 West Chester, PA 19380 (610-840-2511). Construction of new Holding Tank and facilities: commence June 20, 2022 and substantially complete all work and start-up by August 5, 2022. Demolition of existing WWTP and clean-up site: Commence August 5, 2022 and final complete and demobilize all equipment and materials from site by August 26, 2022.
