Proposal must include the cost of installation of a new boiler in City Hall building to include all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees to furnish, deliver, construct and install the steam boiler including removal of current boiler Minimum Equipment Specifications are as follows: o Atmospheric Gas Fired, Commercial Cast Iron Boiler o 1,470,000 BTU input/1,145,000 BTU output o 77.9% Thermal Efficiency 80% Combustion Efficiency o Cast Iron Sections o Insulated Jacket o E1-Spark Ignition System with intermittent burning electronically supervised safety pilot with 100% shut-off. o Furnish a prewire control panel with fuse and switches for Power, Pilot, and Main Valve and related signal lamps for operation. o 15 PSI Safety Valve o Feed Pump controller o Vent Piping o Electrical connection o Installation must be completed by July 31, 2022.
