The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials and labor necessary to replace housing components at four housing units located at Willow Beach, Arizona. See attached scope of work. a. This project is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(b). NAICS: 236118, Residential Remodelers, the small business size standard is $39.5 million. Contractors must be currently listed in the System for Award Management(SAM) as a Small Business for this solicitation's NAICS code. Those offerors not listed as a Small Business for NAICS 236118 may be deemed ineligible for further consideration for award. b. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. c. Onsite construction shall be executed within 5 calendar days of notice to proceed. d.
