This work shall include furnishing all labor, material and equipment to complete the Rehabilitate Runway '15-33' & Electrical Improvements Project, at the Boulder City Municipal Airport. Project will include, but not be limited to, asphalt seal coat, crack seal, pavement markings, electrical vault building upgrades, high mast lighting, airport beacon, and electrical improvements. Scope / Schedule Changes Existing Runway '15-33' is approximately 4,000 feet in length and 75 feet in width. Data obtainedin 2018 from Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) indicates the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) for Runway '15-33' was 90. This project includes the installation of crack seal and seal coat of approximately 38,850 square yards of the Runway '15-33' asphalt pavement and the remarking of the runway. This project also includes the installation of new electrical improvements on Runway '15-33'. New LED runway edge light fixtures shall be installed on existing bases and new LED signs shall be installed on new sign bases. This project will also include a new homerun ductbank and vault upgrades for new dedicated circuits for Runway '15-33' and '9-27'. There will be approximately 1,600 LF of new duct bank installed as part of this project along the south side of Taxiway 'D'. The scope of work for the project also includes installation of a new beacon that will be installed to replace the existing beacon that has served its useful life.
