DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This work shall include furnishing all labor, material and equipment to complete the project PAVEMENT PRESERVATION FY2024 - PHASE 1 (Crack Seal Only), BOULDER CITY PROJECT NO. 22-1144-STR as described in the specifications and shown in the plans. Work includes property owner notification, traffic control, surface preparation, crack sealing and cleanup on various City streets for an estimated amount of 296,250 square yards. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work including deficiency list items must be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed by the Owner. The Contractor shall provide a one-year warranty for the scope of work performed in this contract. The one-year warranty shall be from the date of the Notice of Completion. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE OF PROBABLE COST: $1,500,000 to $1,750,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
