The City of Boulder City recently received a $2.5 Million dollar Federal Grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA) to replace 1311 existing pole mounted 4000K light fixtures with 2700K Light Pollution Reducing Lighting Fixtures. The City has five years to complete the project, however we anticipate completion within three years. City personnel and contractors will perform the labor for the project, however the City only has a small inventory of 2700K Light Pollution Reducing Lighting Fixtures, and needs to conduct this Bid for the procurement of the remaining fixtures. Questions Deadline: 11/14/2023 12:00 AM All questions or concerns can be submitted electronically on the NGEM System or via e-mail to Paul Sikora, Purchasing Manager at psikora@bcnv.org. The cut-off time for all questions is November 14, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. If any questions are received, an addendum will be issued to answer those questions and the addendum will be posted on the NGEM System and will be made available at the City of Boulder City Purchasing Office. The selected Respondent shall perform all work as may be necessary to complete the contract in a satisfactory and acceptable manner, and unless otherwise provided, shall furnish all transportation, materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to complete the project. There will not be a Pre-Bid meeting for this solicitation.
