The City of Boulder City recently received a $2.5 Million dollar Federal Grant from the Economic Development Administration (EDA) to replace 1311 existing pole mounted 4000K light fixtures with 2700K Light Pollution Reducing Lighting Fixtures. The City has five years to complete the project, however we anticipate completion within three years. City personnel and contractors will perform the labor for the project, however the City only has a small inventory of 2700K Light Pollution Reducing Post Top Lighting Fixtures, and needs to conduct this Bid for the procurement of the remaining fixtures. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informality or technicality, or to otherwise accept Bids deemed in the best interest of the City. All Respondents must provide a copy of all appropriate licenses in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, prior to submission of Bids for this project. Upon award the successful Respondent may be required to obtain a City of Boulder City Business License. TERM OF THE CONTRACT: The term of the contract will be for three (3) years. The contract commences upon approval by the City Council (if required) and execution of a contract.
