Renovation of an educational facility in Pleasant Gap, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
No award of contracts will be made at the bid opening. The estimated start date for work to mobilize is February, with work on-site beginning around June 3. The Project Manual and Drawings for bidding purposes may be obtained by the contractors at the office of the Architect, McKissick Architecture, 317 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101; Phone 17.238.6810; Fax 717.238.6830; Email Info@McKissickAssociates.com on or after Tuesday, December 14, 2021. A $50.00 bid deposit is required to obtain a complete set of electronic PDF plans and specifications, made payable to McKissick Associates Architects. The full deposit, less a $25.00 handling fee, will be refundable to contractors submitting a Bona Fide bid. Paper copies of plans and specifications may be purchased from the Architect for an additional non-refundable fee of $100.00
