The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work shall be completed by May 27,2022. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract, the Contractor shall perform the work of this Statement of Work (SOW) for the USDA-Forest Service (FS) as described below. The Contractor shall perform all services necessary to produce a complete and usable project in accordance with the project goals and design intent stated herein. he Fenske Lake Campground features 15 campsites, 6 vault toilets, a 1-mile hiking trail, a small picnic area, a beach and a fishing pier. The objective of this project is to improve two accessible trails leading to toilets, replace stairs, retaining walls and water bars at individual campsites, and replace the beach access trail stairs. The project will consist of improving the campground. The FS shall approve any design elements prior to construction. The project will include these major tasks, but not be limited to, the construction of the following major items of work: Gravel lift and brushing for accessible trail leading from site #2 to toilet. Gravel lift and construction of retaining wall for accessible trail leading from campground loop to toilet between sites #3 and #4. Construction of stairs at 6 individual sites to replace current stairs and water bars. Replacement of retaining walls at site #8. Replacement of stairs leading from campground loop to beach area.
