Site work and renovation of a theater / auditorium in Buckeye, Arizona. Design plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and for site work for a theater / auditorium.
Stabilize and weatherize the A-Wing Auditorium. Seal the auditorium, classroom and storage spaces. Repair and seal the roof, and eliminate the damage caused by leaking water and termites. Phase II will renovate the building. The project is included in the city's 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
