Project Name: Jackrabbit Trail T.I. Project (TRACS) Number: 010 MA 122 F0486 01L District: Central (C) Route/MP: I-10 / 122 Funding Source: F0486 01L Construction Funding FY 2025 The project is located on I-10 in the City of Buckeye. The current T.I. is to be expanded, with improvements and new access control to extend along Jackrabbit Trail approx. 1/3rd mile north and south of I-10 and will require additional R/W. The prior R/W survey for the project area was done under proj.no. 010 MA 094 H6877 01R. The initial scope tasks are anticipated to be for Verification of Right of Way Survey & Supplemental Survey. Verification of R/W Survey: The selected Consultant will verify an appropriate amount or sampling of the data shown on the Results of Survey for proj. 010 MA 094 H6877 01R and also shown on Results of Survey & Monumentation Survey for proj. 010 MA 122 H7709 01R within portions of Sec.'s 4 & 5, T1N-R2W and Sec.'s 32 & 33, T2N-R2W in order to confidently prepare a new set of R/W Plans and set monuments at all required new corner locations. Anticipated completion date of the Verification : Sep. 2, 2022. Supplemental Survey: The selected Consultant will prepare a Supplemental Survey that will cover the existing R/W (ERW) of a portion of I-10 and for Jackrabbit Trail from Fillmore St. to Encanto Blvd. The ERW of McDowell Rd will also be shown, approx. 1/4 mile east & west of Jackrabbit Trail. The Supplemental Survey will also replicate pertinent survey info. that was verified on the above said surveys. Anticipated due date of the initial review of the Supplemental Survey: Oct. 7, 2022. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that additional scope tasks that may be requested on this project will be Final R/W Plans, Initial R/W Staking and Final R/W Monumentation Survey. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. Questions, in writing, shall be received by ECS at the below email address until May 27, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (Arizona Time).
