Replace facility electrical service to increase system capacity for new HVAC cooling system. 2. Replace existing electrical panels due to age and lack of capacity. 3. Add electrical circuits and receptacles for additional power in existing classrooms. 4. Provide DX unit ventilators (heating and cooling) in classrooms/workrooms. 5. Provide ductless split air conditioning units in corridors. 6. Provide rooftop cooling/heating units in gymnasium. 7. Convert existing steam boilers to hot water usage. Provide new pumps and piping throughout building 8. Other miscellaneous work as shown or required by the Construction Documents.
