The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering support services for NOVA Mega Projects Office. The fixed billable rate on-call term contract will have a maximum value of $8 million for the first term and $5 million for subsequent terms.
