Demolition and construction of the retaining wall Each Bidder must inform himself fully of the conditions relating to the scope of the project and the employment of labor thereon. Failure to do so will not relieve a successful bidder of his obligation to furnish all material and labor necessary to carry out the provisions of his contract. Insofar as possible, the Contractor in carrying out his work must employ such methods or means as will not cause any interruption of or interference with the work of any other contractor. Brief description of project: Demolish and reconstruct the retaining wall on the terminal porch as per plan and specifications. Successful contractor will be responsible for the demolition and cleanup of the construction debris on this project. The County of Sumter may issue a Landfill tipping fee waiver form for any debris dumped into the Sumter County Landfill. Construction of the new retaining wall will be as per the attached drawings of the proposed tarmac entrance and its details. The successful contractor shall attend a job site meeting prior to beginning the project. Contractor shall not interfere with the day to day operations of the Sumter County Airport.
