Demolition and site work for a retail development in Dalhousie, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a retail development; and for site work for a retail development.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provide removal of designated hazardous materials identified in the attached appendices. .2 Demolish existing buildings (house, shed, and other out-buildings) including foundations and site finishes. .3 Remove, cap and terminate utilities as required by local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. .4 Backfill and compaction for removals. .5 Grade remaining property to permit drainage.
