Site work for a mixed-use development in Dalhousie, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Partial demolition and cutting of existing concrete stairs (including its supporting walls), landings, planters and a sidewalk at the school's north entrance. .2 Do a resurfacing of the top 50mm portion of an existing +-5.5m2 concrete landing. .3 Pouring a new reinforced concrete surface approximately 9.2m long x 3.05m wide to build a combination of structural stairs and landings at the school's north entrance. A large portion of the new concrete surface will be poured directly on the existing entrance stairs and landings. .4 Adding three new painted handrails at each stair set. .5 Reinstating the condition of the exterior landscape affected by the work. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. award is subject to final approval
