The Housing Authority of the City of Elizabeth (hereinafter called the Authority) will receive SEALED BIDS for WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT MRAVLAG MANOR ADMINISTRATION BUILDING THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. The HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH will only accept original and originally executed bidding documents (including but not limited to the Bid Forms, Affidavits, Qualification Questionnaire; Statement of Ownership, Statement of Compliance; Certificate as to Corporate Principle; HUD Directive, and Affirmative Action Plan). Photocopies and/or Telex copies of such documents will not be accepted in lieu of originals. All bids must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the title of the bid contained therein.
