TCHC will notify Proponents who successfully pre-qualify under RFVQ 20282-4 - Fire Alarm Installation Upgrades - Roster Establishment, once the evaluation process is completed. Proponents who successful qualify for the Roster do not need to reapply. If a Proponent is not successful, however, the Proponent may reapply to the Roster through the Ongoing Application process. This Request for Vendor Qualifications (RFVQ) has the purpose to pre-qualify Proponents for inclusion on a pre-qualified vendors list (roster) allowing for future eligibility to bid on the provision of fire alarm installation upgrades for TCHC as further described in the Deliverables. Fire alarm installations upgrades include refurbishment of Fire Alarm Panel, Voice Evacuation, Detection, Signal Component System and Wiring replacements, etc., as further described in the Deliverables. This prequalification process gives the Proponent an opportunity to demonstrate their team's experience and capabilities through a set of rated criteria as set out in the RFVQ. Proponents will be evaluated based on their experience, staff qualifications and ability to deliver a high quality of services. Successful proponents will then be placed on a prequalification roster (the Roster) and have the opportunity to participate in a subsequent competitive bidding process. During the subsequent competitive bidding process, TCHC will stipulate discrete ranges of fees for services expressed as a percentage of construction budget.
