Supply and complete fabrication of all steel components required to construct two (2) steel girder bridge superstructures in accordance with the MNR 4 Girder Steel Bridge design (As per Drawings Dated - May 8, 2019). One bridge to be 40ft (12.2m) long. One bridge to be 50ft (15.2m) long. All bridge components are to be supplied in a quantity required for two bridges. Scope of Work The bridge components will include the following: o Steel stringers at 40ft long, Stringers to be 350 AT Steel in size and quantity detailed on design drawings dated - May 8, 2019 or o Steel stringers at 50ft long, Stringers to be 350 AT Steel in size and quantity detailed on design drawings dated - May 8, 2019 And o Intermittent and end Diaphragms (As per Drawings Dated - May 8, 2019) o A325 Bolts (As per Drawings Dated - May 8, 2019) o Retaining angles (As per Drawings Dated - May 8, 2019) o Timber Deck Clips (As per Drawings Dated - May 8, 2019) All bridge components are to be supplied in a quantity required for two bridges. Quality Standards Bridge stringers and all other hardware must meet the requirements of the manufactured in conformance with CHBCD CAN/CSA S6-06. All bridges components (regardless of steel type) are required to be painted in accordance with painting specification provided in design drawing in a red tone. Reconditioned, repurposed or reused structural steel will not be accepted. Required Delivery Schedule Units identified above to be delivered to 1299 High Falls Road, Bracebridge no later than March 15, 2023. Delivery Requirements Vendor is to provide shipping of all bridge components to 1299 High Falls Road, Bracebridge ON P1L 1W9. Vendor is to be responsible for providing a crane of adequate capacity to off-load the bridge components at 1299 High Falls Road, Bracebridge. Vendor is to provide a minimum of 48-hours advanced notification for delivery date and time to the MNRF contact.
