These facilities, through reorganization and development will: o Upgrade student learning environment overall in labs and classrooms o Reorganize underutilized space to address existing trades needs o Provide more dedicated classroom space to support concurrent course scheduling o Reorganize existing space to give each program necessary storage o Free up lab space throughout each program facility currently supporting storage o Open yard workspace for construction o Improve drainage and construction of Construction Tech roof The project will also address the University's infrastructure needs for today and prospective future. Consideration of existin utility and site will address future growth and needs of each program.
