The City of Missouri City is accepting statements of qualifications from qualified professional engineers for water distribution, wastewater collection and lift station system design services and construction management of these systems. The City is seeking statements of qualifications from interested civil engineering firms with expert water and wastewater collection and distribution system knowledge. It is the intent of the City to select an engineering firm that will provide design services, construction management, survey services, and permit coordination required for water distribution, wastewater collection and lift station systems needed for the City's growing utilities capacity demands. The responses received will be evaluated and ranked by City's staff selection committee in accordance with the Council authorized consultant selection policy. The City will then enter negotiations with the highest ranked respondent with the objective of entering into contract for services at a mutually agreeable cost. All costs involved with preparing a submittal, including any interview travel expenses, are the responsibility of the respondent.
