The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct the 2021 Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements for Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 122 including, but not limited to: hydro blasting and application of 1/2 " thick concrete repair mortar to the influent manhole; application of 100% solids epoxy to all influent manhole interior surfaces; installation of air vacuum valves and air release valve on lift station discharge piping; touch-up coating the headworks screen box, aeration basin handrails, walkways supports, and air bridge; touch-up coating the scum air lift supply; touch-up coating the chlorine contact basin splash guard, effluent piping, and single-drop diffusers; touch-up coating the digester sludge draw off station and discharge piping; touch-up coating the generator enclosure; touch-up coating the blower building air piping; replacing the aeration basin mud valve operator; replacing the chlorine contact basin level transducer; hand tool cleaning and coating the chemical building wireway; demolition, removal, and replacement of the existing metal baffle in the chlorine contact basin with a reinforced fiberglass baffle; demolition, fabrication, and replacement of the existing chlorine contact basin effluent weir box; bypass pumping and all else specified or shown in the contract documents required for a complete and functioning wastewater treatment plant.
