The District is implementing a multi-year leak detection survey in 2022. The vendor will complete a field leak detection survey and submit all reports by the deadlines outlined in the proposal. Granger-Hunter Improvement District (District) is implementing a multi-year (one year with the option to renew an additional four years) leak detection survey in 2022. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to inform the interested Vendors of the District's expectations and requirements. This RFP is part of a competitive procurement process that helps to serve the best interests of the District and its customers (Utah Code 63G-6aPart 7). It also provides each respondent with a fair opportunity for their products and services to be considered. The engineers estimated budget is $80,000.00.
