(E.S.T.) on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 12, 2022 for the demolition of the building(s)/ structure(s) located at the following location(s) in the City of Kokomo, Indiana. 1341 S WAUGH ST, KOKOMO, INDIANA Legal Description: FAIRLAWN EXTENSION OF FAIRLAWN ADDN LOT 398 Parcel ID: 34-10-06-180-027.000-002 Detailed specifications for the demolition of each building/structure are on file in the City Controller's Office located on the Third Floor of City Hall, 100 South Union Street, where copies of the bid documents may be obtained. One total bid must be submitted for the demolition of all structures outlined. Demolition work must include the removal of footings and proper backfilling. Required inspections and posting a valid License and Permit Bond in the amount of $10,000.00. The City of Kokomo reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or waive any informalities in bidding, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. WESTON M.
