Please see the owner for more information.* Reference Number 0000276079 Source ID PU.AG.USA.1267.C2695501 Question Acceptance Deadline 01/07/2022 07:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No The Loomiller Park Renewal project generally consists of site clearing and demolition, grading, finish grading, and soil preparation; subdrainage, trenching and backfilling; erosion and sediment control; landscape boulders; playground equipment and safety surfacing; concrete playground curbs; concrete curb ramps and truncated domes; existing pedestrian bridge modification; existing restroom building alterations including plumbing and electrical; site lighting; prefabricated portable toilet enclosure; re-roofing or park shelter; painting; site furnishings; park and restroom signs; disc golf baskets, sleeves & signs; irrigation system; trees, shrubs, perennials, sodding, and mulching. The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract plans and specifications. Minimum Qualifications: Bidders shall have a minimum of 3 park projects of similar scope and complexity completed within the last 5 years. Include this information and referrals as part of Attachment D - Bidders Comparable Project Data of the Bid Submittal Document. Bidders are also required to demonstrate that playground equipment and surfacing installers have a minimum of 5 years of experience installing their respective product and shall have a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) from the National Playground Safety Institute (NPSI) on staff with the ability to certify safety and ADA compliance regulations. Documentation and references to demonstrate these qualifications must be submitted on Attachment D - Bidders Comparable Project Data (if self-performed) or on Attachment G - Subcontractor's Qualification Data (if performed by subcontractors) of the Bid Submittal documents. Failure to provide qualification data for the Bidder and subcontractors may result in the Bid being deemed as non-responsive.
