Division of Wildlife Resources is seeking prefabricated concrete erosion control mats. The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide: Concrete Erosion Control Mats. See Attachment B Scope of Work for more information. This contract will result in one purchase order (PO) award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible bidder. Length of the Contract : Delivery to the project location is required no later than June 1st, 2022. Question Submission Close Date 12/28/2021 2:00 PM MST Acquire prefabricated concrete erosion control mats with dimensions of 10 feet wide by 35 feet long. Mats must be able to be installed perpendicular to the existing canal bank and hold up to flows in the range of 50-80 cubic feet per second. Mats must have anchors. Mats should have some overlapping ability to prevent upstream edges from being pushed upwards by the natural flow of the canal. Delivery to the project location is required no later than June 1st2022. Our staff or the irrigation company staff will unload the product onsite. Utah DWR staff will install the material according to manufactures specs. Acquisition of the product by February 1st 2022. Manufacturer delivery to project site by no later than June 1st 2022. Installation of the product by no later than July 1st 2022. Goal of this project: acquire 11,000 to 11,500 square feet of the below listed product, delivery to the canal system site as described in the coordinates listed below and use our UDWR heavy equipment crew to install the material into the canal system for long term erosion control.
