The contract will extend over a period of five (5) years. Information obtained from the Statements will be used by C D C to evaluate each interested consultant using criteria identified in the Statement and conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E to select the most qualified consultant. Fee information will not be considered and must be left out of submitted proposals. Upon review of the Statements of Qualifications and Experience, C D C may select firms to make on-site oral presentations before a selection committee who will make the final selection. C D C may also select a firm based on telecommunications /video conferencing or on the submittal alone. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to extend the submittal date if needed. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to deny any or all Statements of Qualifications. Engineering projects may include the following: Asphalt Maintenance on Runways, Taxiways, and Aprons Acquire ARFF Truck Reconstruct Taxiway A Reconstruct East Apron Construct Snow Removal Facility Terminal Building Expansion to include Hold Room and HVAC System Air Traffic Control Tower Hangar Taxilane/Taxiway Expansion Vertiport / eVTOL approved landing pad and charge stations for Advanced Air Mobility Ancillary ARFF and Operations Equipment Pavement Preservation DBE and ACDBE Geometry or Geometric changes or updates ARFF Bay and housing for ARFF Equipment Heliport and Helipad Hydrogen, Electric, or Solar infrastructure or application Approved Hangar Development Area with utilities Land Acquisition Other Engineering Services as Required DBE firms are encouraged to apply. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
