SCOPE OF WORK The City of Frankfort intends to issue a contract for the ODOR CONTROL & CORROSION REDUCTION for the City of Frankfort commencing with the execution of a contract between the City and the successful bidder. The contract and/or purchase order shall be issued to the lowest and bestevaluated bidder responding to this invitation to bid. The bid shall be provided in accordance with the stated specifications in Article IV TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of this invitation. Successful bidder shall be notified by the City's Purchasing Agent. After said release date, delivery shall be made as expeditiously as possible
