Any questions about this transition should be directed to City Bids at: citybids@toronto.ca Using an integrated streetscape approach, this project is to review and design safe road and curb lane closures to permit outdoor dining areas located in the curb lane of a street as part of the CaféTO program. A team of experienced designers and professional road safety practitioners will take a comprehensive view to review potential café locations and design traffic plans to guide City equipment installation efforts. It is the City's intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be from the date of award to October 1, 2022, with an option in favour of the City to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) Year. The method of contractor selection has not determined at this time.
