Community Living Toronto is a Non-Profit organization that supports individuals with intellectual disabilities. We are unionized with approximately 1300 employees, working throughout Toronto (more than 80 base locations); 24/7/365. Our intention is to assign 2 successful vendors a Vendor of Record designation for 1 year and renewable annually for an additional 4 years based on satisfactory performance at the sites below initially and throughout the year for the renewal. We expect to assign several projects over the next year. Currently there are 28,000 square feet of painting requests across the agency. These will be prioritized and assigned to the Vendor of Record as funds become available.
