Only the Submissions of qualified Bidders will be considered for acceptance by Metrolinx. In order to be considered qualified, the Bidder shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of Metrolinx in the sole discretion of Metrolinx, that the Bidder has: Satisfactory completed 2 (two) reference projects similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as the work of this contract; the Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactory completed two (2) projects involving supply of wheeled excavator work similar value, size and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; the Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactory completed two (2) projects involving supply and install of Hi-Rail Kit work similar value, size and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; the Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactory completed two (2) projects involving supply and install additional hydraulic components work similar value, size and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; the Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactory completed two (2) projects involving supply attachments work similar value, size and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; the Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactory completed two (2) projects involving equipment commissioning and training work similar value, size and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; the physical and financial resources to sustain and complete the work. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion.
