The current timeline for award has not been established** The General Service Administration is seeking a contract to complete a design/build effort to update the IRS Headquarters Building, located at 111 Constitution Ave., NW HVAC systems for COVID-19. The work consists of calibrating AHUs shown in the Building Automation System (BAS) to match measured air flows, installing pressure gauges to pre-filters and final filters of select units, replacing existing MERV filters with most current COVID protection MERV filters, and installing digital pressure gauges connected to the buildings BAS on select units. $250,000-500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
