Pre-bid Conference:No Q/A Cutoff Date: 02/11/2022 Q/A Cutoff Time: 05:00 PM EST Please submit quotes directly to MCvetinovic@clearwaterhousingauth.org no later than close of business February 18, 2022. Contactor shall: Disconnect Magnetic lock and access point wiring from existing pedestrian gates at North and South side of property with intention to re-use. Remove magnetic locks from two (2) existing pedestrian gates. Remove two (2) existing pedestrian gates at North and South side of the property. Install two (2) new 6' X 4' black aluminum (#203) pedestrian gate with locking hardware on the North side and south side of the property. Install perforated black metal mesh 2' out on either side of Southern pedestrian gate to prevent panic bar from being pressed from outside. Re-install magnetic locks to two (2) newly installed pedestrian gates. Re-connect magnetic lock and access point wiring to newly installed pedestrian gates at North and South side of property CHA reserves the right to: Reject any or all quotes, to waive any informalities in the QSP process, or to terminate the QSP process at any time, if deemed by CHA to be in the best interest of CHA
