The County of Stanislaus (County) is seeking proposals from experienced organizations with acceptable qualifications for electrical on-call services on behalf of the County's General Service Agency (GSA) - Facilities Maintenance Division. It is the Proposer's responsibility to provide a complete Scope of Services that explains in detail what the Proposer is offering. This proposed Scope of Work will be used as the basis for negotiating the final Scope of Services for inclusion in the resultant Contract, if such is awarded. The RFP contains the minimum list of services and deliverables the selected Proposer will be expected to provide to the County. See Exhibit A for the County's Technical Specifications. The County intends to enter into an Agreement (Contract) with an initial effective period of April 01, 2022 - March 31, 2027. The County reserves the right to extend this Contract on a year-toyear basis; however, in no case shall the renewal extend beyond two (2) years from the expiration date of the original Contract. An extension of the term of this Contract will be affected through an amendment to the Contract. If the extension of the Contract necessitates additional funding beyond that which was included in the original Contract, the increase in the County's maximum liability will also be affected through an amendment to the Contract and shall be based upon rates provided in the original Contract and proposal.
