Reference number : 1555040 Review Title : Collection of semi-buried containers at the Roger-Tougas Center The City of Mercier is requesting bids for the collection of semi-buried containers as well as the disposal of materials at the Roger-Tougas Center located at 730, boulevard Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Mercier (Québec) J6R 1G6, for options one (1 ) year, three (3) years and four (4) years, at the choice of the City of Mercier. Tender documents will be available from Monday, December 20, 2021 , only through the government-approved electronic tendering system , at the costs and fees established by organization. To access the tender, please visit the website . Only submissions prepared on the forms provided by the City of Mercier, including the duly completed appendices, will be taken into consideration. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee, in the form of certified check or tender bond, for an amount equal to 10% of the tender for one year (taxes included). The council of the City of Mercier does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received.
