Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Walthill, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Project consists of site utilities and limited interior demolition. The United States Department of the Interior has recognized the Susan La Flesche Picotte Memorial Hospital as a registered National Historic Landmark (NHL) possessing exceptional architectural, historic and cultural value for our nation. It is the mission of the Owner to insure that the work performed be of the highest quality and consistent with the original building construction and details. Only qualified, experienced contractors/craftsmen who recognize the exceptional value of this landmark and can perform to the highest standards will be employed. Work to include: Paving Demo, Wood Framing, Flat Concrete, Gas Line, Stucco Patch, Abatement, Composite Decking & Railing, Plastic Simulated Wood Trim, Decorative metal handrail, Joint Sealants, Electrical, Site Utilities, Plumbing.
