Site work for a water / sewer project in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and perform all operations for applicable construction. Remove, dispose of, and replace approximately 290 LF of wood railing with a new aluminum tubular railing system, including hardware, at the north side of the beach main entrance and south ADA ramp. The new tubular railing must meet ADA compliance on those locations. Texture, color, and design must match the railing installed at the south access of Lantana Beach. Installation of 2' X 6" X 1' (65 LF) of Retaining Wall Footing. Removal of 50 x 5 Pavers and Installation of 50 x 5 sidewalk with a broom finished. The Town of Lantana invites bids from qualified and experienced firms to install an ADA compliant aluminum railing and retention wall at the North access of Lantana Beach. The awarded Bidder shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work and quantified in the Bid Schedule. Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Solicitation process must be submitted in writing to Joel Cortes. To allow the Town enough time to respond, requests for clarification of and/or seeking additional information related to the specifications and Solicitation process should be received at least four days before the Due Date for Bids.
