Site work for a water / sewer project in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of installation of water mains within the project area, West Pine Street between S. Arnold Avenue and 3rd Street, along Broadway Avenue from West Pine Street to West Drew Street and within the Water treatment Plant. Improvements include abandonment and removal of the existing cement asbestos pipe as well as site restoration. To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least ten (10) business days before the Due Date for the Bid. CAD REF212914 The TOWN reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The TOWN further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the TOWN in the sole discretion of the TOWN.
