Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Description of work includes the following: The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the replacement of a deteriorated timber Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access ramp on the south side of the portable building located at Maddock Park (1200 W. Drew St, Lantana, FL 33462). It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. One contract will be awarded for all work outlined and described in the Invitation to Bid. The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town. Question Deadline 05/01/2024 Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Invitation to Bid process must be submitted in writing to Ms. Nadine Shawah. To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four (4) business days before the Due Date for the Bid (May 01, 2024 at 4:00 P.M. E.S.T.).
