Renovation of a municipal facility in Lantana, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 14,700-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of June 14, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Replacement of approximately 7,200 Sq Ft of flat roof at 504 Greynolds Circle & approximately 7,500 sq ft of flat roof at 510 W. Pine St. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder based on the Bid price. The Town reserves the right to enter into two (2) separate contracts for the roof replacements based on the aforementioned criteria The contact person for this ITB is Vanessa Holloway at (561) 540-5766 or vholloway@lantana.org. Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Invitation to Bid process must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Vanessa Holloway. To allow enough time for the Town to respond,requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four (4) business days before the Due Date for the Bid (May 15, 2024). The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
