Solicitation No. PBCH-IFB-2024-04 The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) acting for itself, instrumentalities and/or affiliates is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for roof replacement of Seminole Circle office building located at 6388 Seminole Circle, Lantana, FL 33462. The IFB is labeled Seminole Circle Office Building Roof Replacement. All questions shall be submitted in writing five (5) days prior to closingto the attention of: LaQuavial Pace Contracts and Procurement Officer 3333 Forest Hill Blvd. West Palm Beach, FL 33406 procurement@pbchafl.org All bids shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions described in theIFB. Offerors assume sole and full responsibility for the timely delivery of bids. Late bids will not be considered.
