The Town of Lantana will be accepting an Invitation to Bid for a Contract for roof replacements Description of work includes the following: Replacement of approximately 7200 Sq Ft of flat roof at 504 Greynolds Circle & approximately 7500 sq ft of flat roof at 510 W. Pine St. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all required pages are included in the Bid. Therefore, all Bidders are advised to thoroughly examine the Invitation to Bid. The Town reserves the right to award two (2) separate contracts for the work outlined and described in the Invitation to Bid. Further instructions and conditions are stated in the bidding documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Invitation to Bid process must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Vanessa Holloway.
