In order to mitigate landslide movement in the vicinity of the Borden Bridge on the North Saskatchewan River (Control Section 16-23, km 41.0 to 41.3), the Ministry of Highways plans to excavate earth material at the crest of the southeastern riverbank, and construct an earth berm along the river's southeast shoreline (on the bank and in the river). This is an advance notice of a potential procurement opportunity for interested Contractors. Please note that all quantities and project details are subject to change. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.
