Contractor shall furnish a maintenance bond in a bond amount of 100 percent of the final Contract Price The site is located along portions of 3rd Avenue, 4th Avenue, Alabama Street, Arizona Street, Colorad Street, Delaware Street, Florida Street, and alleyways located within Lonsdale, Minnesota It is proposed to reconstruct the above-mentioned roadways which includes replacement of watermain and placement of new pavement sections. We understand the alleyways will be bituminous paved. We understand that the vertical and horizontal alignment of the roadways will remain similar to existing conditions and that the ductile iron pipe watermain will be placed about 8 feet below grade.
