Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lexington, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construct new 6x15 Lavatory Extension to Existing Building. Construct 4x4 Walkway Extension, Handrail Extension, and Construct two 19 Stainless Steel Ladders w/ Safety Access Chains. Construct new 6x15 Lavatory Extension to Existing Building. Commercial Grade Match Equal to Existing Facilities. Including all Required Water Supply Lines, Sewer Waste Lines, and all Other Appurtenances as Shown on the Plans for a Fully Operational Facility. All Electrical shall be Constructed in Accordance with the National Electric Code. All Plumbing shall be Constructed in Accordance with the International Plumbing Code. Construct 4x4 Walkway Extension, Remove 4 L.F. of Handrail, and Construct 12 L.F. Handrail Extension. Construct two 19 Stainless Steel Ladders w/ Safety Access Chains. All Construction Shall be Commercial Grade Match Equal to Existing Grating, Handrail, and Finishes. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract within ten (10) days of the date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the project with in 120 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Simultaneously with his delivery of the executed contract, the Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond or Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price
