Bids will be submitted to the City Council for approval or denial on _December 7_ at _7:00_p.m. All bids must include assurances that the following provisions will be complied with: Assurances that surety companies executing bonds appear on the Treasury Departments list and are authorized to transact business in the State of Oklahoma. Separate Sealed Bids for the construction of: SBR Clean Out Project This is for turn-key construction & includes all labor, materials, equipment, and tools. **Completely Drain & Clean each Cell ofthe SBR Plant **Completely remove all Sludge from each Cell and dispose in an ODEQ approved manner or in an on-site lagoon **Locate & Expose Drain Holes in each Cell (7) **Ensure Drain holes are functioning properly and insure no blockage in drain lines
