Lexington 2025 OWRB ARPA Waterline Replacement The Owner will retain the deposit for liquidated damages in case the successful bidder fails to enter into said contract and furnish the required bonds provided for in the specifications within the time required. Deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the Contract and required bonds.
