Notwithstanding the above, Respondents may direct questions about the state's Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) Program or HUB Subcontracting Plans (HSPs) to the GLO HUB Team contacts listed in Section 5.6 of this Solicitation.
SCOPE OF SERVICES REQUESTED
The scope of work includes all labor, materials, tools, equipment, plant, supplies, superintendence, insurance, incidentals, and services necessary or required to fully complete the Project. Additional information, including photos of the Project and debris
location, may be found in Exhibit F, Project Details. The Solicitation Response must include a detailed work plan that includes the following:
o an actionable safety plan;
o a detailed list of equipment to be utilized and how Provider will access the work location during operations;
o a list and description of any special equipment to be utilized;
o demonstrate the ability to address any additional debris that was not documented;
o a detailed plan for disposal of the debris in an approved landfill, including providing documentation to the GLO; and
o a detailed plan to provide the GLO with volumes of debris removed by weight and cubic yards, per removal trip.
Contractor shall submit daily progress reports to a designated GLO representative. GLO representatives will also periodically monitor Contractor's progress on site. Respondent and Respondent's subcontractors must comply with all local, state and federal
licensing requirements as they relate to safety and specific equipment certifications (i.e., API, OSHA, USCG, etc.). Respondent and/or Respondent's subcontractors must be certified in heavy and light equipment operations, crane operations, dive services, and
vessel operations.
