Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Notice of Intent To Contract (NOITC) is given by the City of Vancouver of its intention to contract with Deva Solution Inc. to perform the Design Review and Commissioning Support of the Neighbourhood Energy Utility's (NEU) Low Carbon Expansion Project and specifically the installation, integration and related programing of the two new CYK Heat Pumps located at False Creek Energy Centre. Deva Solutions has been involved in the NEU's programming and system logic for several years and has in depth knowledge of the operation of the NEU, its programming and integration of the PLC, SCADA system, internal alarms etc. In addition, Deva has completed the programing and integration of the existing refrigerant leak detection system in place for the existing Tecisr HPs and working on the same for the refrigerant leak detection system for the new CYK HPs. The services of review and commissioning are valued at approximately $30,000.00.
